The Mayor and Board of Aldermen were saddened to learn that Alderman Dave Gasper passed away on Friday, July 22, at his home.

Visitation for 72 year old David J Gasper, Alderman for the City of Osage Beach and former Mayor of Livingston, IL., will be held Wednesday, July 27, 2011, from 4 PM - 8 PM at the Lesicko Funeral Home in Liivingston, IL. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, July 28, 2011, at 11:00 AM, also at the Lesicko Funeral Home in Livingston IL.
A Memorial Service will be held for Aldermen Dave Gasper in Osage Beach at the Osage Beach City Park at a future date.
Memorials in memory of Dave Gasper can be made to the Lake Regional Cancer Center, the Siteman Cancer Center, or to the Osage Beach City Park.
