In 1959 the City incorporated and after a brief, rocky start, has progressed in many ways over the last century.
Once known as the town of Zebra, Osage Beach came to be with the building of Bagnell Dam in 1929 and is still considered "The Heart of Lake of the Ozarks"!
We have extended our boundaries, our services, and tourism has grown exponentially through the years!
On Wednesday, May 22, please join us at City Hall for a celebration social from 4:30 - 7:00 p.m., we will be happy to give you a tour of City Hall, come by and converse with your elected officials and staff, and enjoy some refreshments.
