On December
7, 2016 from 6pm-8pm at the Osage Beach City Hall (1000 City Parkway), the City
of Osage Beach invites the public to attend the 2nd in a series of
public planning meetings to craft a Parkway West Development Plan.
Interested
parties are encouraged to attend the meeting anytime between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00
p.m. An interactive presentation will begin at approximately 6:15. The results of the November 9th
public meeting have been folded into a detailed plan of action for the study,
and the public’s help is needed to review and refine these details in
preparation for the next phase of the planning process.
At the
November 9th meeting, the public expressed a strong interest in a
study that would examine ways to better market, physically improve, and
increase economic development opportunities on the west side of the city. This meeting will focus on a series of six
goals distilled from the previous meeting along with the consultant’s scope for
achieving those goals.
For those who are not able to attend the
meeting in person, a copy of the meeting handouts, including a comment form,
will be online on the City’s website at http://www.osagebeach.org.
The public will have 14 days after the meeting
to submit comments. Comments are due by December 21, 2016. Comments can be made
at the meeting, emailed to christopher.kinzel@hdrinc.com or mailed to:
