This year the OBPD Polar activities started with the Save the Beard Campaign! This team of dedicated Officers and personnel put away their razors and pledged to raise at least $75.00 to save his beard for a month!
Don't think the ladies felt left out. They too joined in on the fun with their team the "Bearded Beauties"!
Friday, February 19th OBPD held their annual Cops On Top event on the roof of Hy-Vee Convenience Store and raised over $5,000.00!
Friday, February 26th is the Super Plunge where you can find OBPD's own Chief of Police, Todd Davis and Administrative Lieutenant, Michael O'Day, plunging into the freezing Lake of the Ozarks 24 times in 24 hours!
