Osage Beach to host public meeting on Osage Beach West Parkway Study
On November 9, 2016 from 6pm-8pm at City Hall in Osage Beach (1000 City Parkway), the City of Osage Beach invites the public to attend a public meeting to provide input on a study being conducted for the Osage Beach West Parkway and the west side. Interested parties are encouraged to attend the meeting anytime between 6pm and 8pm. An interactive presentation will begin at 6:30pm. Maps will be available for public discussion and the project team will be available to discuss the project study.
The purpose of the study is to better understand the conditions that are affecting the Osage Beach West side business community and to understand the public’s vision for what may be needed to transform this part of the city. “Public participation is vital for us to better understand all of the issues associated with the west side corridor,” said Mayor John Olivarri. “We encourage the public to attend as public involvement is critical to the success of the process.”
For those who are not able to attend the meeting in person, a copy of the meeting handouts, including a comment form, will be available online on the City’s website at http://www.osagebeach-mo.gov/.
The public will have 14 days after the meeting to submit comments. Comments are due by November 23, 2016. Comments can be made at the meeting, emailed to christopher.kinzel@hdrinc.com or mailed to:
