When you enroll in eBill you should receive an email every billing cycle. Regular bills are generated the last business day of the month. Regardless of receipt of eBill notifications, you must pay your bill by the designated due date. Non receipt of an eBill does not alter due dates, late fees or other fees associated with non-payment of your utility bill. If you do not receive your eBill, it is possible that your spam filter may be deleting the file. Late notices will not be sent electronically. These statements will be mailed via a paper statement.
