    Applications submitted via this form will be addressed in the order they are received. The City Clerk's Office can be reached at (573) 302-2000 during City Hall business hours, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. 

    Applications are typically issued within 7 to 10 business days from the time of application. However, additional time may be required based on the type of license, any outstanding fees or incomplete application details. 

    Following approval, permits can be paid for using our online portal.
