The Department of Public Works and Engineering is committed to making the City of Osage Beach a clean, safe, and sustainable City. The department maintains and operates the physical facilities and services that preserve and enhance the lives of Osage Beach residents and visitors.
The Department of Public Works and Engineering consists of Engineering, the Street Department, Sewer Department, and the Water Department.
Office of the Public Works Director
The Public Works Director/City Engineer is appointed by the
Mayor, with consent of the Board of Aldermen. The office of the Public
Works Director/City Engineer provides engineering design, construction,
inspection, and oversight to all City capital projects and is
responsible for maintaining the City's water, sewer, and
transportation infrastructure and facilities.
The office is responsible for establishing projects and policies to
efficiently and effectively manage the Public Works and Engineering and
the facilities therein, as well as satisfying its customer base. Each
and every department employee works hard to help build and maintain
Osage Beach's reputation as a clean, safe, and well-respected place to
live, work, and visit.
